Complex forms in a human conversation

The application had to support agents completing insurance product applications during in-person client meetings. Lengthy, multi-step forms could easily interrupt the conversation and make verification feel cumbersome.

My approach

Keep the client context in view

I optimized the tablet interface for face-to-face conversations by streamlining lengthy forms and reducing input friction with smart defaults and calculator-style inputs for financial data.

Clear progress indicators and logical information grouping helped agents navigate confidently without losing the client context.
